The building with the postal address Semlower Straße 39-41 is a listed building on Semlower Straße in Stralsund .

The three-storey plastered eaves building was erected in 1952. In its place there was previously a row of houses that was destroyed in the bombing raid on Stralsund on October 6, 1944 .

The complex consists of three parts.

The two side wings are simply structured. The western side wing has ten axes and the eastern side wing has eight axes.

The four-axis middle section is designed like a risalit and structured with pilasters . It has a wide passage with a basket arch ; Bechermacherstraße runs through this passage . A triangular gable crowns the middle section. Maritime paintings are executed on the facade .

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 713.
