The Tommerup transmission tower is the tallest structure in Denmark . The guyed steel truss mast to the east of Tommerup is used to broadcast television and VHF radio programs. The following VHF radio programs are broadcast as of 2016:
- FM scale, frequency: 90 MHz, transmission power: 0.5 kW
- Radio Soft, frequency: 104.2 MHz, transmission power: 2 kW
The Tommerup transmitter mast is 321.3 m high. The VHF transmitting antenna is at a height of 155 m.
