The water life transmitter is a transmitter ( transmitter for short ) for radio. It is located northwest of the village of Wassersleben in the immediate vicinity of the Krusau border crossing . Originally this transmitter only served to supply the town of Wassersleben, which can not be reached from the nearby large transmitter locations in Flensburg due to the Flensburg Fjord , but in more recent times the transmitter is used by radio transmitters to supply Flensburg itself.
