Sepp Arnemann

Sepp Arnemann (born November 11, 1917 in Parchim ; † February 3, 2010 in Hamburg ) was a German cartoonist .

Life

For 55 years, Sepp Arnemann has drawn the weekly humor page for hearing and seeing and TV hearing and seeing . His often large-scale drawings show slapstick-like situation humor in a detailed representation with one or more comments underneath. In addition, in many of these images (in the Wo-ist-Walter manner, but 30 years earlier) one can look for and find a striped "tomcat with a knot in its tail" that is involved in the plot. In addition, Arnemann hides a little mouse in the backdrop or the objects in his drawings.

Sepp Arnemann had been married to his wife Lotti since 1943 and had two daughters. Until December 2009, his humor pages appeared in TV Hören undsehen at Heinrich Bauer Verlag . In the meantime, this page is published with the mouse, alternating weekly with Arnemann's drawings and those of his colleague Peter Butschkow .
