The Serbian Hockey Cup was the national cup competition in Serbia in Hockey . The name Serbian ice hockey cup refers to the time from the breakup of the SFR Yugoslavia in 1991/92. It should be noted that the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia , consisting of the federal states of Serbia and Montenegro, existed from 1992 to 2003 and only from 2003 onwards a state union of Serbia and Montenegro existed . The current state of Serbia has only existed since 2006. Therefore the article only refers to the area of today's Serbia, also because only teams from today's Serbia took part in the competition.
