Serge Kollwelter

Serge Kollwelter (born December 6, 1946 in Luxembourg ) was co-founder in 1979 and from 1979 to 2009 president of the Association de soutien aux travailleurs immigrés (ASTI), a Luxembourg association that supports immigrants .

Kollwelter is a teacher by profession; He is married and has four kids. His brother René Kollwelter is known in Luxembourg as a politician who campaigned for the validation of the acquis professionnels .

Kollwelter is involved in various initiatives such as those on issues of migration and human rights and has emerged as the author of countless articles on this.

Serge Kollwelter received the Lions Club Prize in 2009 ; Claude Frisoni gave the laudatory speech on the occasion .
