Serge Rahoerson (* 1947 ) is a Malagasy jazz musician ( drums , keyboard , tenor saxophone ).

Live and act

Serge Rahoerson comes from Madagascar and worked with Jef Gilson ( Malagasy , 1969), in France a. a. with Jean-Charles Capon and Butch Morris (album Untitled , Palm, 1977), in the following decade with Pierre Calligaris . During this time he had a trio with the singer Nivo Rahoerson (album Nivo & Serge , 1986), and he also played with Patrick Saussois and Jean-Paul Amouroux . In 2005 he performed with the International La Roquebrou Boogie Band at the Seventh Festival de Boogie Woogie de La Roquebrou. Further recordings were made in 2008 at this festival with Lila Ammons. In the field of jazz he was involved in 29 recording sessions between 1969 and 2008.
