Serinova ( Turkish for cool plain / lowland ), ( Kurdish Artêt ) is a small town in the district of Muş in the eastern Turkish province of Muş . Serinova is about 25 km north of the provincial capital Muş. According to the last census, Serinova had 2,553 inhabitants (as of December 2010). The population consists mainly of Kurds and Chechens . The Kurds live mainly in the districts ( Mahalle ) Bakırcılar , Çağdaş as well as Hürriyet and the Chechens in the district Aydıngün .
