The Serrat Glacier is a 16 km long glacier on the Oates coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows in the middle of the Kavrayskiy Hills in a northerly direction on the western flank of the mouth of the Rennick Glacier in Rennick Bay .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1970 after the Chilean meteorologist Javier Serrat of the Universidad de Chile , who worked as an electrical engineer at McMurdo Station from 1967 to 1968 as a participant in the 22nd Chilean Antarctic Expedition .
