The Setra S 415 UL is a high-floor intercity bus from the MultiClass 400 series from the Setra brand , which can be used in both regular and occasional services. It is available in two different versions: with a steep front for regular services and with a travel front. This bus and its predecessor, the S 315 UL, are used by many transport companies in regional transport and as a combined bus in regional and excursion transport. It is available with a Mercedes-Benz OM 936 with either 220 or 260 kilowatts. The manual Mercedes-Benz manual transmission GO 190-6 (six-speed; servo-assisted) and the two automatic transmissions ZF EcoLife (six-speed) and Voith DIWA 6 (four-speed) are available.
The appearance of the bus has changed very little since production began. The only innovation here is that the Euro VI variant has two ventilation grids on the bonnet that were not there before. Of these, however, only the one on the right serves the purpose of supplying air, the one on the left is only built in for visual reasons. However, it can also be left out at the customer's request.

At Mercedes-Benz there are / were two very similar buses for intercity traffic:
- There is the Integro, which was supposed to serve the same purpose as the S 415 UL, but which has been withdrawn from the range.
- There is the Intouro, which is supposed to serve the same purpose as the business version of the S 415 UL. This bus is still available.
