Settar Tanrıöğen

Settar Tanrıöğen (born July 15, 1962 in Denizli ) is a Turkish actor .

biography

He studied at Hacettepe University in Ankara . In 1996 he got his breakthrough with the Turkish film Eskiya - The Bandit as Kiz Naci . In 2004 he took part in the film Yazı Tura - Heads or Tails as Zeyyat . Other well-known films in which he participated are Takva - Godfear and Kutsal Damacana . His biggest success so far was the role of the squad in Feo Aladag's feature film Die Fremde . He was nominated for the German Film Prize for the portrayal of the father of a Kurdish German (played by Sibel Kekilli ), who leaves Turkey to lead a self-determined life with her son in Germany .
