Severin Corti (* 1966 in Ulm ) is an Austrian restaurant critic and journalist .

Corti is the son of Axel Corti . He was a cook and has been writing the local criticism in Rondo for the daily newspaper Der Standard since 2005, as well as the “nutritional value” column in the career section. He was also a copywriter, reporter for the Kronen Zeitung , News magazine and the Kurier's London correspondent .

He has been publishing annual gastronomy guides for the Slow Food organization since 2012.
