The Evangelical Lutheran listed church Zadelsdorf is located in Zadelsdorf , a district of the municipality of Zeulenroda-Triebes in the district of Greiz in Thuringia . The parish Zadelsdorf belongs to the parish area Zeulenroda I the parish Zeulenroda in the church district Greiz of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany .

The hall church was built between 1813 and 1816 in place of a previous church from the 14th century. To the east there is a narrow church tower , which is covered with a bulbous slate-roofed dome on which a lantern sits. The nave with four axes in the west has a three-sided end, which is separated from the nave in the interior by the pulpit altar . The interior has two-storey galleries and is covered with a flat ceiling. The church furnishings come from the construction time. The organ with 15 registers , divided into 2 manuals and the pedal , was built in 1841 by Johann Heinrich Schilling.
