Shōji Oguma
Repaper Oguma ( jap. 大熊正二 , Oguma repaper * 22. July 1951 in Kōriyama , Japan ) is a former Japanese boxer in the flyweight .
Professional career
On October 1, 1974, he boxed against Betulio González for the WBC World Championship and won by split decision. However, he already lost this belt in his first title defense to Miguel Canto in January of the following year on points.
May 18, 1980 he won this title again when he Park Chan-hee in the ninth round ko suggested. This time Oguma defended the title three times and lost it to Antonio Avelar on May 2nd of the following year by classic knockout.
