Shane Harper (actor)
Shane Steven Harper (born February 14, 1993 in La Jolla , California ) is an American actor , singer and dancer.
He was best known for his role as Spencer Walsh on the Disney series My Sister Charlie . In 2011 Harper released his first music album called Shane Harper . He was in a relationship with Bridgit Mendler from 2010 to 2015 .
