High School Musical 2 (Full title: High School Musical 2: Sing all or none ) is a television production of the Walt Disney Company and the continuation of the movie High School Musical in 2006 and the predecessor of the film High School Musical 3 . The German premiere of the film took place on September 22, 2007 on Disney Channel . Due to the huge success of the first two parts, Disney shot the third part in 2008.

action

The holidays have begun, and Troy is offered a job at the Lava Springs Country Club, owned by Sharpay's parents, and manages to get his friends and the wildcats there as lifeguards, caddies and even cooks. Sharpay, who is already planning an appearance with Troy at the club's annual talent show, isn't thrilled when all of the Wildcats show up. However, she does not allow herself to be discouraged and, behind the scenes, always gives the reluctant Troy good jobs. So he rarely finds the opportunity to meet Gabriella and is even late because Sharpay's parents, who are taken with the sporty boy, confiscate him, and especially Sharpay. She also persuades him to appear at the talent competition together.

But her brother Ryan now realizes that Sharpay has only ever used him and withdraws. While Troy argues with his friends and Gabriella, who tell him he is no longer the same and has changed, Ryan plays a team from Chad at a club staff baseball game and he gradually becomes friends with the Wildcats and so does with Gabriella, who takes pity on him and finds him likeable. Troy becomes jealous when he sees Ryan and Gabriella dancing by the pool. The whole situation escalates when Gabriella and the others, on Sharpay's orders, are banned from participating in the talent show and instead everyone should work. Gabriella then confronts Sharpay and the two also talk about Troy. Gabriella says she doesn't feel like playing this game and that she is quitting. Angry, Sharpay roars off with her girls and Troy, who has been following the conversation, goes to Gabriella, who no longer wants this theater. After a short conversation about the situation, Gabriella Gotta sings Go My Own Way (Eng .: I have to go my own way). Then she leaves the club.

Dejected, Troy realizes how much he has actually changed, and he wants to improve. So he cancels the angry Sharpay from the joint appearance. After that, he makes up with his friends and Ryan. Ryan then persuades him to sing with Sharpay. Troy has yet to learn the planned song Everyday . Surprisingly, Sharpay didn't rehearse this song either, but instead prepared for You are the Music in me (the alternative that was actually intended for Troy and Gabriella). Ultimately, Troy has to perform alone. Accompanied by Kelsi on the piano, he starts the song and suddenly the voice of Gabriella can be heard, who appears behind his friends. The two make up and sing together while the Wildcats also make their debut. Like in previous years, the first prize seems to go to Sharpay, who, however, has recognized her bad behavior and without further ado names her brother as the winner of this year's contest, which is immediately cheered by everyone. The golf course is now celebrating and Gabriella and Troy, who have been prevented from doing so all along, kiss. The film ends at the pool, where all characters perform All For One together .
