Chris Warren , also Chris Warren Jr. , (born January 15, 1990 in Indianapolis , Indiana ) is an American actor , best known for his role as Zeke Baylor in the High School Musical trilogy.

Career

Warren was born in Indianapolis , Indiana in January 1990 to Christopher Warren Sr. and actress Brook Kerr.

Warren made his acting debut in 1999 in an episode of Becker . From March 2004 to April 2005, he played the role of Jimmy Ramirez in the CBS - Soap Bold and the Beautiful . This was followed by guest appearances in the Nickelodeon television series Zoey 101 , Unfabulous and Just Jordan .

Warren's international breakthrough came in 2006 with the role of Zeke Baylor in the Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical . He played the same role in the sequels High School Musical 2 (2007) and High School Musical 3: Senior Year (2008).

This was followed by supporting roles in My Sister Charlie (2011), The Hard Times of RJ Berger (2010-2011) and The Fosters (2015-2017). In 2019, Warren starred as Jason Parker on the short-lived ABC television series Grand Hotel .
