Corbin Bleu Reivers (born February 21, 1989 in Brooklyn , New York City ) is an American actor , singer , dancer and model of Italian and Jamaican-African descent.
Live and act
Childhood, youth and first appearances
Corbin Bleu is the son of Martha and David Reivers . His mother is Italian-American and his father is Jamaica- American. Since his father is also an actor, he uses his middle name as his last name in order not to be compared with his father's acting performance. He has three younger sisters: Jag, Phoenix and Hunter and lives with his family in Los Angeles . As a child, Bleu had several years of dance lessons that focused on ballet and jazz . Corbin Bleu had his first advertising appearances for products like Bounty , Hasbro and Nabisco at the age of two . At the age of four he was a model with the Ford Modeling Agency in New York. Bleu graduated from High School for the Arts in Los Angeles County and received advanced dance training from Debbie Allen Dance Academy. In New York he attended the High School of Performing Arts.
Movie
Corbin Bleu played in series such as High Incident , Emergency Room as a child in 1996 and in Malcolm & Eddie in 1998 . 1999 followed by films such as Galaxy Quest and Mystery Men . In 2005, after his artistic training, Corbin Bleu became known to a wide audience through the role of Nathan McHugh in the popular television series Flight 29 Down . Roles in other series such as Ned's ultimate school madness (2006), Hannah Montana in 2009 and Phineas and Ferb . The role of Isaac Taylor in the popular television series The Beautiful Life brought further notoriety. This was followed by a continuous role in the animation of Twinkle Toes , a role in Bob Badway's horror film Scary or Die in 2012 , in Nathan Frankowski's Renee and in Douglas Aarniokoski's 3D horror thriller Nurse 3D . 2013 Corbin Bleu starred in the Reunion of One Life to Live the role of Jeffrey King in four episodes, in 2013 he made a guest appearance as Jordan in the series Franklin & Bash , as well as a role in Brett Simmons horror thriller The Monkey's Paw .

Corbin Bleu received the lead role in the Broadway musical In the Heights in 2010 . After two years of pure acting, he returned to Broadway in 2012 in the Godspell Revival .
In 2013, he took part in the 17th season of Dancing with the Stars and took second place. His dance partner was Karina Smirnoff.

With the song Push It to the Limit , the theme song from the Disney film Jump In! , Corbin Bleu had his first success as a musician. It reached number 14 on the US charts. His debut album Another Side was released in May 2007. and reached the top 40. Except for a duet with Lucas Grabeel with the title I Don't Dance , which was extracted from the soundtrack for High School Musical 2 , he had no further chart successes. Bleu's second album Speed of Light was released on March 10, 2009 in the USA , followed by further single productions.
