By day, Abby Russell works as a friendly nurse at the All Saints Memorial in New York City . At night she murders unfaithful men whom she has previously picked up and seduced mostly in bars. She befriends the new nurse Danni and helps her get through the tough everyday hospital routine. Since she has just finished her education, reality shocks her with its human tragedies. Abby takes her to a disco after work, which brings her distraction, but also shows Abby's true intentions when she spends the night with her. Since she learned from Danni that she hates her stepfather for cheating on her mother, this is his certain death sentence. Larry Cook is a psychiatrist, so Abby comes to his practice because she allegedly wants to seek advice about her sex addiction . She uses her feminine charms in a targeted manner to induce him to be unfaithful. While he is kissing her, she gives Larry a paralyzing injection and then lets him roll in his car in front of an approaching truck. Abby experiences an orgasm at the moment of impact and feels very good about it. In addition, she believes that she has done Danni a favor and she hopes for a certain gratitude. Since Danni has no inkling of Abby's crimes and does not want to part with her boyfriend, Abby feels betrayed by her. Abby tries to threaten and scare Danni first. When Danni turns to the police, Abby cleverly turns the tables and not only makes Danni unbelievable, but also directs suspicion of guilt for the death of her stepfather on her. The autopsy found the drug in Larry's blood and since Danni has access to this drug in the hospital, it makes her suspicious. Since you don't believe the police, Danni turns to Abby's superior. He wants to confront this and is brutally murdered by her on the same day. After Danni finds out Abby's gruesome secret and shows evidence to the police, Abby attacks her at the hospital. Anyone who opposes their duel is killed by Abby. Cornered, she locks herself in the intensive care unit and kills the defenseless patient. With Steve's help they can get into the station, but Steve also becomes a victim when he gets too close to Abby. She stabs him with scissors and only with Danni's quick help he can be saved.
Abby escapes from the building where a police officer is "waiting" for her and tries to arrest her. She can also trick him with her tricks and moves on unmolested to fulfill her mission: to kill unfaithful husbands and to help the bereaved; the wives, the children and their bank accounts.

Christoph Petersen, member of the filmstarts.de editorial team, praises Paz de la Huerta , whose "fucked up and exhibitionistic side" makes her the perfect cast for the main character Abby Russell. Unfortunately, the second half of the film focuses more on the role of Katrina Bowden with more conventional scenes.
critic.de came to the verdict: "This narrative interweaves elements of the psychological thriller in a respectable film noir style, such as identity takeovers and traumatizing backstory wounds, with a bit of hospital flair and some atmospherically unsuitable splatter scenes, which primarily serve to enhance the 3D- To let viewers race against CGI blood or pickets piercing people. The critics at actionfreunde.de rated the film as “conventional horror-grotesque, predictable in the process and banal in the psychologization of the characters, but at least with poster images for the men's refrigerator and a refreshingly cynical note, which comes from the wonderfully varied soundtrack .
