Sharon Cain (born January 31, 1964 in San Antonio ) is a former American handball player who played for the US national team.

Cain participated in the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona and the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta . She scored a total of 30 goals in eight matches at both Olympic tournaments. Furthermore, Cain took part with the US team at the 12th Pan American Games in Mar del Plata , where they won the gold medal. From 1997 to 1999 she was under contract with the German Bundesliga club Buxtehuder SV . In a total of 44 point games for the BSV, she scored 119 goals.
