Rinchen Gyeltshen (* 1257 ; † 1305 ) was the brother of the fourth imperial teacher Yeshe Rinchen . Emperor Shizu ( Kublai Khan ) appointed him abbot of Sakya Shithog Lhadrang. From 1303 to 1305 he was the imperial teacher ( dishi / ti shri ) of the Mongol emperor Chengzong (Timur Khan / Öljeytü Qaγan). He was the sixth person to serve as the central government's highest monk official for Buddhist affairs.
