Sheena Tosta

Sheena Tosta , née Johnson (born October 1, 1982 in Camden , New Jersey ), is a former American hurdler who specializes in the 400-meter course .

The three-time US junior champion was NCAA champion in 2003 and 2004 . As a winner in the US eliminations (Trials) for the 2004 Olympic Games , she was fourth in Athens.

In 2006 and 2007 she was US runner-up. At the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2007 she won gold, but at the World Championships in Osaka she did not get past the semi-finals.

In 2008 she finished third in the trials and then won the silver medal in the Beijing Olympics .

Sheena Tosta is 1.65 m tall and weighs 58 kg. She studied at UCLA , lives in Los Angeles and is coached by Bob Kersee . She has been married to Joey Tosta since March 2008.
