Sheng Yi-ju (born December 9, 1997 ) is a Taiwanese pole vaulter .

Athletic career

Sheng Yi-ju gained her first international experience at the Junior Asian Championships 2014 in Taipei , where she finished fourth with 3.70 m. She then took part in the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing , where she was also fourth in the B final with 3.40 m. In 2018 she took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time and finished fourth with a new personal best of 4.10 m. The following year she reached fifth place at the Asian Championships in Doha with a height of 4.00 m. Then she retired at the Summer Universiade in Naples with 3.90 m in qualification.

Sheng is a student at the National Taiwan Sports University in Taoyuan .
