Gal Shish (born January 18, 1989 in Bat Yam ) is an Israeli football player . He has been playing for Hapoel Akko since 2017 in the Ligat ha'Al , the highest Israeli division.

Career

Shish began his career in the youth team at Hapoel Tel Aviv , where he was brought into the first team in 2007. In his first season he was seventh with the club and the cup final was reached. On his debut at European club level on November 8, 2007 against English representative Tottenham Hotspur , Shish received yellow-red after 50 minutes. In the following season he was runner-up with the club. In the successful 2009/10 Europa League season, in which Hapoel made it into the top 32, the striker played one game.

He has been used three times in the Israeli national team and has also played in the U-17, U-19 and U-21 teams.
