Shout It Out is the third studio album of the German pop-rock - singer Elli Erl . It was published by Hansa on October 4th, 2004. In addition to eleven titles, it contains the winning song of the second season of Deutschland sucht den Superstar , This Is My Life .

production

The winning album of the first season of Deutschland sucht den Superstar was produced by Dieter Bohlen . After her victory, Erl did not value a collaboration with Bohlen. Erl cited the reason that "the songs and the way Bohlen produces music" would not appeal to her. So she decided against having her album produced by Bohlen. There were statements that Erl's decision had brought her “no luck” because her album did not make it to number one in the charts and her singles could not benefit from the American Idol success either .

Because Erl did not want Bohlen as a producer, various composers were sought to compose Erl's title for the album. Frabo produced all the tracks on the long player. Only the song This Is My Life was produced by Bohlen. The table below gives an overview of the songwriters and music producers who were involved in the 12 tracks on the album.

reception

The track In My Dreams stands out from all other titles by a large margin.
