Shqipran "Schippo" Skeraj (born November 24, 1985 in Prizren , SFR Yugoslavia , today Kosovo ) is a Kosovar football player .

Career

Skeraj's family had fled the civil war in Kosovo, so he lived in Berlin for a long time and played for NFC Rot-Weiß Berlin , NSC Marathon 02 and BSV Hürtürkel . After his return he joined the top club KF Prishtina in his home country . With the club he won the first championship of Kosovo after the country's independence. He also plays in the national national team , which is not yet recognized as an official national team by UEFA and FIFA. In the summer of 2008 he moved to Germany on loan for a year in the 2nd Bundesliga for SpVgg Greuther Fürth . In the summer of 2009 he signed a one-year contract with TuS Koblenz until June 30, 2010. After his contract expired, he left Koblenz and, after a brief stint in Sweden, has been playing for the Bavarian club SC Eltersdorf since the 2011/12 season .
