Safety teaching division
The security teaching division was a major unit of the German navy during World War II .
history
The division was set up in Swinoujscie in Pomerania in January 1945 as a teaching division for the 11 security divisions of the Kriegsmarine for security tasks in the southern North Sea . The headquarters were in the following places (chronological order): Stettin , Swinemünde , Stralsund and Rostock . The security teaching division was subordinate to the commander of the security forces of the German Navy.
The lead ship was the auxiliary warship Queen Emma . In February 1945 the 3rd security school flotilla from the 12th landing flotilla was placed under subordination. The division existed until the end of the war.
