Life
As the daughter of a Jewish doctor, she began studying language and literature in her youth. In Budapest she passed the public state examination as professor of history and language. In 1875 she married the Greek prince Kolokotronis and moved with him to Athens . After her divorce from him, she married the Viennese manufacturer Leopold Grünwald in Vöslau in 1877 . After his death, she ran a language school in Vienna.
As a writer, she was particularly recognized by her naturalistic erotic poems such as B. Today's Gretchen and songs known by a Mormon woman . Both books were banned in Austria at the time.
