Seventh Huguenot War

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Seventh Huguenot War ( 1579 - 1580 ) grew again from the dissatisfaction of French Catholics with the concessions the French Protestants ( Huguenots ) had been made. Again there was no serious fighting. Therefore, the Peace of Fleix was signed in 1580 , which confirmed the Edict of Beaulieu and the Peace of Bergerac of 1577.
