Siegfried Rabe

Siegfried Rabe (born February 12, 1925 ) is a German author , dubbing writer and dialogue director .

Life

Rabe wrote the German dialogues for numerous television series such as Speedy Gonzales , Once Upon a Time ... the Man , Tom and Jerry , My Name is Drops , Kimba, the White Lion , An Angel on Earth , Golden Girls and the first three, dubbed for ZDF Seasons of the hit series The Simpsons . He often took on the dialogue direction for these series . For Alf , in addition to the dialogues, he also wrote the German text for the song Hallo Alf, here is Ronda , which also made it into the German charts in 1989. He was also responsible for the German version of the animation spin-off Alf - Memories of Melmac . The text of the song “ Thank you for the flowers ”, which was used as the title song for the cartoon series Tom and Jerry , was also created in collaboration between Rabe and Udo Jürgens .

In addition, Rabe has also written books on the series Alf and Golden Girls , for which he is responsible, for Sat.1 the band TV hits and a rhyming dictionary .
