Siegfried Tiebel

Siegfried Tiebel (born May 27, 1917 in Radeberg near Dresden ; † September 9, 2012 ) was a German administrative lawyer and ministerial official.

From 1937 to 1945 Tiebel did imperial labor , military service and military service. From 1945 to 1948 he studied law and then worked until 1952 as a trainee lawyer at the Düsseldorf Regional and Higher Regional Court . In 1952 (during preparatory service) he worked as a legal assistant at the Düsseldorf School Council. In 1954 he became a councilor there. He began in 1956 as a consultant in the Ministry of Education in North Rhine-Westphalia , became Ministerialrat in 1964 , Head Ministerialrat in 1966 and Ministerialdirigent in 1967 .

Until his retirement (1982), Tiebel was head of the department for school legislation and educational planning in the Ministry of Education of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia ( Ministry of Education , now: Ministry of Education and Further Education ).

Numerous publications on questions of school law come from him .
