Architecture and history

The representative design of the facade was in the neo-renaissance style , quoting the formal language of the early Italian renaissance . The structure is made by lavishly used plaster elements. On the third floor there are panels designed as round and pointed arches. Left and right flat sides are each risalits arranged. The building has a mezzanine floor .
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed as a monument under registration number 094 81855 .
The house is considered to be part of a partially preserved Wilhelminian style street as a defining feature of the street scene.
