Silje Sprakehaug (born February 4, 1991 ) is a former Norwegian ski jumper .

In her first season in the Continental Cup in 2005/06 she was 45th overall and in the Ladies Grand Prix 32nd in total. Her best individual result in the Continental Cup she got in the 2007/08 season with two places 16 in Heddal . At the Junior World Championships 2007 in Tarvisio she finished 24th in the singles and in 2008 in Zakopane 22. At the 2009 Junior World Championships in Štrbské Pleso she reached the 23rd place in the singles. At the Norwegian Junior Championships 2007 in Rena she won silver on the normal hill and at the Norwegian Championships 2008 in Trondheim bronze on the large hill.
