Silke Dornow

Silke Dornow (* 1961 ) is a German actress and radio play speaker .

Act

Silke Dornow completed her training at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen . As a result, she appeared in numerous German television series and television films, but also had some theater engagements. For example, in 1987 she played at the Munich Residenztheater in Molières Tartuffe and in 2007 at the Theaterhaus Köln in Manhattan Media by Dea Loher .

She worked as a speaker in various radio plays on West German Broadcasting . Her opera guides for children, created as audio books in collaboration with Stefan Siegert and Ilja Richter, are well known. In 1997 and 2003 she received the Echo Music Prize in the Classical for Children category ( list Echo Classic for Children ).

Silke Dornow lives in Düsseldorf.
