Sillota Belén is a town in the Oruro department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
Location in the vicinity
Sillota Belén is the central place of the canton Sillota Belén in the municipality Caracollo in the province of Cercado . The village is located at an altitude of 3741 m on the southern edge of the Huancaroma salt pan, which extends with a size of about 100 km² east of the Río Desaguadero .

Sillota Belén is located on the Bolivian Altiplano between the Andean mountain ranges of the Cordillera Occidental in the west and the Cordillera Central in the east. The region's climate is typical of the time of day , with mean temperatures fluctuating more during the day than during the year.
