The silot Bay is a shallow bay in the east of the island of Cebu in the Philippines , which is almost completely surrounded by land. Some parts of the lagoon are occupied by aquaculture . It is described as very fishy, but the earlier fishing has now been banned by the local administration. For tourist purposes, a wooden bridge was built over parts of the lagoon and an 800-meter-long zip line , known in Austria as the guerrilla slide , takes the adventurous across the open water surface of the lagoon.
