Simon Larose (born June 28, 1978 in Cap-de-la-Madeleine ) is a retired Canadian tennis player .

He began playing tennis at the age of 16 and won four Future tournaments in singles and five in doubles between 1998 and 2003 . At the Challenger tournaments in Fargʻona 2001 and Granby 2002, Larose reached the final in doubles.

For the Canadian Davis Cup team Larose played between 1999 and 2004, including 2004 in the world group, where Canada, however, lost to the Netherlands with 1: 4 in the first round.

That same year he was at the ATP tournament in Bucharest in the doping control test positive and banned for two years. Then he ended his career.

After his active career, Larose became a trainer and looked after Rebecca Marino and Françoise Abanda , among others .
