Simone Eisenring

Simone Eisenring (* 1976 in Winterthur ) is a Swiss theater director .

Eisenring studied directing at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Art in Berlin . She received various sponsorship awards for independent theater productions in Switzerland and worked as an assistant director for the Hamburg art theater Kampnagel and for the Berliner Ensemble . As a director, she was responsible for productions for the Berlin theater discounter and in the Sophiensaele . At the Staatsschauspiel Dresden she staged Der Kick by Andres Veiel and Gesine Schmidt as well as the world premiere of the play Pornografia by the author Milo Rau . In the Maxim-Gorki-Theater in Berlin she directed Protection by Anja Hilling . Simone Eisenring lives and works in Berlin.
