Simone von Stosch (born June 24, 1964 in Gottsbüren ) is a German television journalist .

Career

Simone von Stosch graduated from high school in 1984 and studied German, philosophy and psychology at the Free University of Berlin . In 1992 she completed her studies with a master's degree. She completed a traineeship at Sender Freie Berlin . This was followed by many years of reporter activity for the SFB , the ORB and Deutsche Welle .

The journalist has been a presenter in front of the camera since 1999. From 2004 to 2006 Simone von Stosch moderated the show Klartext , the political magazine of the rbb . Von Stosch was an anchor woman for the German international television station DW-TV . She later switched to the German-French cultural channel Arte , as a presenter for the Arte news, themed evenings and the GEO-TV program . From 2007 to 2015 she hosted at Tagesschau24 among others, the broadcast evening news messages . In 2008 and 2009 she was part of the team of moderators for Nordmagazin on NDR television . From 2011 to 2015 von Stosch was part of the speaking team for the Tagesschau .
