The Sims Creek is a 25 km long right tributary of the Elaho River in the southwest of the Canadian province of British Columbia .

The Sims Creek is fed by the Tinniswood Glacier in the Clendinning Range , a mountain range of the Pacific Ranges , at an altitude of 1,100  m . It flows mainly in a south-easterly direction through the mountains and flows into the Elaho River at a height of 290  m , 10 km below the mouth of the Clendinning Creek . The catchment area of ​​Sims Creek covers approximately 215 km².

The river name derives from the Sims Timber Co. Ltd. ab, a company that previously owned timber rights near the mouth of the river.
