The Sinister Peak (8,440 ft (2,573 m) high) is a mountain in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie and Wenatchee National Forest in the State of Washington . Located not quite 1 mi (1.6 km) east of Dome Peak , Sinister Peak rises at the end of a high ridge that connects the two mountains. The chic fireplace Glacier is located on the northern slopes of the Sinister Peak during which Garden Glacier spreads just southeast of it. Although some of the routes to the top are technically demanding, they can also be reached by moderately difficult climbing.
