Sira (also Eshira, Gisira, Ichira, Ishira, Isira, Shira, Shire and Yichira) is a Bantu language and is spoken by around 39,400 Eshira members in Gabon (2000 census).
It is common in the province of Ngounié west of Mouila and southwest of Fougamou and Mandji .
Sira is written in the Latin script .
