The Sirius Cliffs are steep and up to 900 m high rock cliffs (according to the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names , however, it is a nunatak ) east of the Rymill coast of the Palmerland on the Antarctic Peninsula . They loom between Mount Lepus and the Procyon Peaks on the southern flank of the Millett Glacier .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1976 after the star Sirius .
