Sisa Ngombane
Sisa Ngombane (* 1956 ) is a South African diplomat . He is married and has two children.
Life
Ngombane studied social science at Lomonossow University from 1980 to 1982. From 1990 to 1994 he represented the African National Congress in Brussels . From 1995 to 1998 he was ambassador in Abidjan ( Ivory Coast ) as well as in Lomé ( Togo ), Cotonou ( Benin ), Ouagadougou ( Burkina Faso ) and Niamey ( Niger ). He was then ambassador to Kinshasa ( Democratic Republic of the Congo ) for eight years . In 2011 he was Deputy Director General of the Middle East and Asia Department in the Department of International Relations and Cooperation . He has been ambassador to Israel since 2012 .
