The Sisi Iwa ( Japanese 獅子岩 ' Lion Rock ' ) is a 110 m high ledge on the Crown Prince Olav coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises immediately west of Daruma Rock and 8 km east of Cape Omega on the western flank of the Nishi-naga-iwa glacier .
Japanese cartographers mapped it on the basis of surveys and aerial photographs from the years 1957 to 1959. It was named in 1981.
