Siyabonga Solace Nkosi (born August 22, 1981 in Newcastle ) is a South African football player .

The midfielder played for the Orlando Pirates in his youth before moving to Bloemfontein Celtic . In July 2006 Nkosi moved to the South African top club Kaizer Chiefs in Johannesburg , where his coach was initially Ernst Middendorp .

For the 2007/08 season Nkosi moved to the German first division side Arminia Bielefeld , in which he recently played no role. In January 2009 he moved from Arminia Bielefeld to the club Maccabi Netanja in Israel, which was coached by the German record national player Lothar Matthäus .

For the 2009/10 season he went home to SuperSport United . After just a year, he left the club to join the Golden Arrows . There he received a one-year contract with an option for a further year.

Siyabonga Nkosi is also a South African national player and took part with the national team in the 2010 World Cup in their own country.
