Skummeslövsstrand is a seaside resort in the municipality of Laholm in the Swedish province of Hallands Lan . The place has a high proportion of holiday homes. Until 2010 it was an independent crime scene with almost 500 inhabitants last; since then he has been part of Mellbystrand .

location

Skummeslövsstrand is located south of the center of Mellbystrand in the direction between Båstad on the southwest coast of Sweden. The beach in the village on Kattegat is one of the last in Sweden that cars can still be used.

Infrastructure

There is a small bakery and a grocery store in Skummeslövsstrand. Sports facilities include a golf course , a tennis court and a seawater swimming pool.
