Slinningsholmen is a very small uninhabited island in the Heissafjord in Norway and belongs to the municipality of Ålesund in the Norwegian province of Møre og Romsdal .
It is located immediately east of the much larger island of Heissa , from which it is only a few meters away and can be reached via a stone dam. It is upstream of the Slinningen district .
The rocky island has a west-east extension of about 80 meters and a width of up to about 40 meters. Its northern shoreline has been partially straightened and paved. On Slinningsholmen every year around the Midsummer around the fire Slinningsbålet inflamed.
