Smin Peak

The Smin peak (English; Bulgarian връх Смин wrach Smin ) is about 850  m high and partly unvereister Berg in Graham land on the Antarctic Peninsula . On the Trinity Peninsula, it rises from the southeastern foothills 2.69 km south to west of Hochstetter Peak , 10.06 km west-northwest of Levassor Nunatak , 3.87 km north of Tschotschoweni Nunatak and 6.61 km northeast of Drenta Bluff of the Louis Philippe Plateau . The Cugnot Piedmont Glacier lies east and south of it.

German and British scientists carried out its mapping in 1996. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2010 after the town of Smin in northeastern Bulgaria .
