The Smitch Point is a prominent headland of Inexpressible Iceland in the Terra Nova Bay on the Scott Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It marks the western boundary of the entrance to Evans Cove to the west of the mainland Cape Russell .
New Zealand scientists named them. The further naming background has not been passed down.
